If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info.Stylelaurel@gmail.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them within 14 days after receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs.

We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded. Please note: processing by your bank may take several days.
